You may not be familiar with New York indie rock outfit, the Silent League but now's as good a time as any to get acquainted. Their third album drops February along with a bonus disc that includes a Neon Indian remix.
Bellow you'll find a snippet of the band's new material called 'Yours Truly, 2095'; a driving tale of sex, loss and robot love. I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me this song was part of an off broadway Bladrunner themed musical.
Along with the original you can also enjoy the stripped down upbeat Memory Tapes remix of the single. Which one do you like better?

ReplyDeleteWhat if someone told you it was an ELO cover?
It depends on whether the someone was being informative or just an asshole
ReplyDeleteMy knowledge of 70s pop is limited. If you're an ELO fan then you'll be happy to see them covering 'Can't Get It Out of My Head' on their bonus disc.
