Nashville Nights 2.0

This idea has been in the works for a bit...

The cute pink and green pet of mine, which we were all fond of at one point lost its initial charm. Overtime it became less fun. Messier and out of control. There was that one odd instance where it bit the neighbor kid. There were legal accusations and then the blog just started losing control of motor/bowel functions. It had to be put down. It was time to move on; to go forward and create an environment that encouraged people to stick around for a bit.

Welcome to Nashville Nights 2.o. My aim for this version is to enhance the readership of what I write here. Smaller text, gray on white. Simple. Clean. Engaging. Seeing as there's about twenty (thousand) or so of us bloggers that post virtually the same material every day, our readers will have to become more selective with who they pick to be their dealers.

Having said that I think the explosion of dance music circulated through the internet is brilliant. We've somehow turned our consumption of entertainment into something similar to a job. Amazing! We get free, often great music in the mail daily in exchange for a few kind words and some time spent with yousendit/mediafire and typing in '___artist name___ myspace' into google.

Welcome to 2.0! Enjoy some good music ahead. We're not killing the old blog, just getting it a new suit for Christmas.

Oh and a huuuuuge thanks to the music ninja. He's the guy that created the ReplyAll site minutes (seconds even) after the event occurred. I had the artistic vision for what I wanted, but he was able to work all the mechanics. Thanks again Blas.

I'm now obligated to wow you with a new 2.0 victory track but to be honest, I've been on a strictly Delphic kick lately. Those two remixes are amazing.

Also check out the Van She Interview if you haven't already. Fun stuff.

Feel free to leave your grievances, memories, hatred, love of the old Nashville Nights in the comments. Or else you can tell us (me) what you'd like to see or hear in the future. Thanks,

-Joseph (NN)
